These terms apply to your use of the Patbro Textiles website. By using the website you agree to them. Orders placed with us are also governed by the terms on your quote and invoice.
Fabric information and colours
We work to keep design codes, photos and specifications (composition, width, roll length and weight) accurate. Photos show the actual fabric, but colours can look different on different screens, so we recommend asking for a swatch before ordering larger quantities. Roll lengths are as supplied by the mill and can vary slightly from roll to roll. Availability shown online is a guide; the showroom confirms stock on your quote.
Quotes
- The website does not take orders or payments. Sending the quote form asks a showroom to prepare a quote; it is not an order.
- Quotes are prepared by the showroom you choose, are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock. If no period is stated, confirm the price with the showroom before you pay.
- An order is only confirmed once the showroom accepts it and the agreed payment has been made.
Payment
Payment is made by the method the showroom gives you on your quote or invoice. We will never ask you to pay through a link sent from an unknown number or email address. If in doubt, call the showroom directly using the numbers on this website.
Using this website
- Do not misuse the website or its forms, for example by sending spam or harmful files.
- The Patbro Textiles name, logo, photos and website content belong to Patbro Textiles and may not be copied without permission. Fabric designs may be protected by their owners' rights.
- Links to other websites (such as Google Maps or Instagram) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Patbro Textiles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you.
